Travel Directions from Glasgow Airport

Take the M8 westbound motorway towards the Erskine Bridge (Toll) and Greenoch, and leave at J30, signposted for M898 and A82. After crossing bridge bear left onto A82, signposted Crianlarich. Follow the A82 past Dumbarton and alongside Loch Lomond to Tarbet (32 miles after leaving airport, about 40 minutes drive). At Tarbet Hotel stay on the main road (now the A83), signposted for Campbeltown (note - the road takes a sharp left just past the Hotel).
Stay on the A83 through Arrochar, Inveraray and on to Lochgilphead (81 miles after airport, about 1 ½ hour drive). On entering Lochgilphead, turn left at first roundabout, just past ESSO service station. Stay on main road through town, going straight on at next roundabout. At next (third) roundabout turn right onto A816, signposted Oban.
Follow A816 for approximately two miles, and then bear left onto the B841 at Cairnbaan. Follow the road as it crosses over the bridge and then runs alongside the south shore of the Canal. After passing through Bellanoch the road splits - keep to the right, and watch out for a very sharp and narrow corner, after which you will see Bellanoch Bay. This is the home base of our boats, which will be moored alongside the pontoons.
There is ample car parking, with toilet and shower block, but we would ask that our customers keep clear of the area on the left hand side of the car park if at all possible.

Travel Directions from the North

For clients travelling from the north, they should head for Oban and then head south on the A816, signposted for Lochgilphead and Campbeltown. The coast road will take them through Kilmelford and past Ardfern to Kilmartin. Approximately 1 mile after leaving Kilmartin take the road on the right, signposted B8025 for Tayvallich and Crinan.
Stay on this across 'The moss' for 3-4 miles, and turn right at Bellanoch after crossing the canal. After passing out of Bellanoch the road splits - keep to the right, and watch out for a very sharp and narrow corner, after which you will see Bellanoch Bay. This is the home base of our boats, which will be moored alongside the pontoons.
